Chief application:
Used in bright quenching of alloy steel, alloy structure steel, mould steel, bearing steel, stainless steel and precision alloy, and also used for the sintering, bright annealing and vacuum brazing of magnetic material.
Characteristic:

2.Less distortion, long performance life and easy maintenance with stainless steel frame, hard felt heat insulation screen and the graphite heating tube etc. being used in heating chamber.
3.Better effects of gas insulation and heat insulation with pneumatic vacuum compound stop valve being set between cold and hot chambers, which is simple and reliable.
4.The work piece transmission is simple, flexible, safe and reliable by using of mechanism structure, maintenance of which is simple and convenient.
5.The Oil Mixing device is adopted in oil-quenching to make the oil flow more reasonable to ensure less distortion for the work piece.
6.The Gas-Spraying structure adopted in this furnace to make the high-pressure gas flow more reasonable, quick and even.
7.The pneumatic locking ring adopted for the sealing of cold chamber, it is very safe and reliable with the electric-mechanic interlocking device
Electric control system adopts PLC+ programmable temperature controller to realize full-automatic, semi-automatic and manual control. The operation is flexible.
